Yoga for Every Body is an eclectic mix Hatha yoga that includes aspects of Slow Flow, Iyengar, Kundalini and Yin yoga.


Yoga for Every Body focuses on alignment, building a strong foundation, balance, flexibility and fun!


This class is suitable for Beginners to Intermediate students, Level 1-2.
