Tuesdays  -    Yoga for Every Body

Yoga for Every Body is an eclectic mix Hatha yoga that includes aspects of Slow Flow, Iyengar, Kundalini and Yin yoga.

Yoga for Every Body focuses on alignment, building a strong foundation, balance, flexibility and fun!

This class is suitable for Beginners to Intermediate students, Level 1-2.



Thursdays  -    Yoga for Every Body

Sundays - Deeply Relax

4:00 - 5:30pm

 

90 minutes of gently supported and deeply restorative yoga poses to help ease tension and stress from your body and spirit.

Dress in comfortable clothes and socks to keep warm and cozy.
